Stronger Communities Round 9 EOI's - NOW OPEN

I am pleased to advise that the Stronger Communities Program Round 9 EOI’s are now open.

There are significant changes to the Grant Opportunity Guidelines for Round 9 of the Stronger Communities Programme, including important changes requiring projects to align with to program objectives (section 2) and be one of a list of specific eligible project activities (section 5.1). 

Please be aware that some project activities that received funding under previous rounds of the program may not be eligible for funding under Round 9.  The grant opportunity guidelines can be viewed here.

Expressions of Interest close on February 14, 2025.

After all Expressions of Interest have been finalised, my community consultation panel will conduct a preliminary assessment of proposals before inviting applicants to lodge formal applications online.

Grant amounts range from $2,500 to $20,000 and the project must be scheduled to finish by 31 December 2025.

Round 9 of the Stronger Communities Programme will provide grant funding up to 100 per cent of eligible project costs.
